(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The Cedar Rapids School District will soon be rolling out a new app to help in emergencies.

The CrisisGo app, approved by the Board in January, will help keep families, students, and law enforcement connected during incidents like swatting calls.

There have been three swatting incidents at Cedar Rapids schools so far this calendar year.
